The Best of the Best, my favorite books from 2019. This list had like 40 something books on there and since I had a lot of crossovers, I wanted to share some books I haven’t mentioned yet. And maybe you’ll add a few to your neverending TBR.

the rogue king
Shifter reads, I love them and need more of them. Inferno Rising is a spin-off series of Abigail’s Fire Edge series. I’d honestly recommend reading that series first to learn more about the politics behind these shifters. Definitely an engaging story from beginning to end.

this is wild
Another spin off series for the win! This Is series is a spin off of Natasha’s Something So series and I’m in love. This story, the characters… I have infinite love for all of it. Natasha Madison knows how to write a hockey romance. I know many of us are used to the normal playboy storyline, but that’s not what you get here..

royally endowed
Two words. bodyguard. romance. Yep, that’s all you need to know. If you’ve been looking for a royal romance series to binge, Emma Chase has one and it’s EVERYTHING.

the kiss thief
You know who does enemies to lovers so well, L.J. Shen. I know her books aren’t for everyone, but she many that are my absolute favorites. This was the one instance where I enjoyed a story with a love triangle. There’s more to it, but it would spoilers if I shared.

shadows
Looking for a book that you absolutely SHOULD NOT read at night? Look no further than Shadows. I’m still getting goosebumps from this book just remembering this story. It’s low on the romance, but if you’re looking for a paranormal with some mystery & suspense … this is it.

soul in darkness
If you’re a Greek Mythology lover like myself, this is Cupid & Psyche’s story! Wendy Higgins gives us her take on their story and I loved it so much.

hardest fall
Juliette, my love! I have fallen for her books, hard. And the Dominion series was the beginning of my love. Anyone fancy a paranormal romance with a badass demoness?

faking it
Hello aussie accent! I listened to the audibook and I was here for all the accent yumminess. If you’re a fan of the fake relationship/enemies to lovers trope, go snag this one!

back to you
Second chance romance is my jam! Back to You was my first read by Kimberly Kincaid and I’m still obsessed with it until this very day. Between the tension and angst with the main characters, bahhhhh, loved it so much.

hook shot
If you haven’t read a book by Kennedy Ryan, what are you waiting for? Paint to dry? Kidding, but seriously. Go rad any of her books. Hook Shot is book 3 in the Hoops series. Kennedy writes the most memorable stories EVER.
Have you read any of my favorites?!
next post : books I’m looking forward to read in 2020
I have almost all of these on my TBR! Glad to see you loved them so much!
