Review

Rockstar romances are another one of those reads that I easily gravitate towards. And I’m a fan of Sarah’s work, so I couldn’t wait to start this series. Never Trust a Rockstar turned out to be a little bit of a slowburn that I found myself enjoying quite a bit. I wasn’t sure what direction it was going take, but I was pretty happy with everything by the end.

I can’t say that I loved the premise of Emma being a fangirl, but naturally things happen and she changes her tune a bit. And I loved that Caleb Mills, the introvert, lead singer of the band sees something he likes in Emma. Going in I wasn’t entirely sure who she was going to end up with because I kind of went into this one, blind. And that was a happy surprise to me since I’m not a huge fan of Ollie. We already get hints of what’s to come with his book and I hope he can redeem himself.

I simply loved everything about these two, they were just perfect for each. They just worked and I adored every little bit of their relationship.

I’d say this was a great introduction to this series and plenty of glimpses of what’s to come. I definitely can’t wait to get into book 2.
