Things on my wishlist:
1. Start a new, awesome job
2. Create the perfect dating app
3. Stop dating douchebags
Things that actually happen:
1. Got a job in my dream tech company
2. Created a workplace dating app for said company
3. Was matched with Bennett, who happens to own the company and is also my brother’s best friend
They say when it rains, it pours, but this is some serious BS. It doesn’t help that Bennett was the man I had my last one night stand with. It definitely doesn’t help that he seems to want me just as much as I want him. The issue is, he won’t do anything about it, but then we’re forced to attend a tech conference in Vegas and I think it may just be what I need to turn this thing around.
New goal: get my brother’s best friend out of my system by all means necessary.

A Royal Mistake Review
Ok, I’ll be honest and say that I was not looking forward to A Royal Mistake because of how Sierra was in the My Bestie’s Ex. I’d say by the end, I was about to come around to her, but Adrian kind of stole the show for me.
I wanted to get to know Sierra on a deeper level and to see why she is the way she is. And I’ll say that her part in this story turned out to be a bit more emotional than I thought. I really did enjoy seeing the connection the she and Adrian had from the very beginning.
Adrian surprised me the most, he was so easygoing and rather different than other royal characters I’ve read about. He’s probably the most chill royal I’ve read and I found that to be rather fitting for Sierra. I really enjoyed his character the most and just how sure he was of everything. Even with all his obligations to his family and country, he lead with his heart. He stood up for what wanted and there was no stopping him to get Sierra.
The one big problem that I had and I might be the only that thinks this, but it’s ok. I thought the that Sierra’s previous relationship was highlighted more than it should have been. It kind of irritated me to see that happen throughout the story because it just made it seem that she was either jealous or just not over it. And it often made me question how true her feelings were for Adrian.
I did enjoy this and you can bet I’m ecstatic for Rian and Dylan’s book!
