I’ll be honest, I was a little peeved to see the sudden rise of #BookTok and Bookish Reels … Naturally that all changed once I made a few of my own. Now I’m slightly obsessed with making them, but kind of took a different approach since I don’t like to be in front of the camera, talking a whole bunch.

I love perusing on Tik Tok, probably a little bit too much, but I know that I’m not alone in this. I’ve found quite a few books to add to my TBR through there, which is the case for my current read. I know they’re not everyone’s favorite, but it’s been fun to see everyone take up a new medium to talk about the books that we love so much in Romancelandia.

If you’re on Tik Tok, I’m totally plugging in my name: @romnceschmomnce. And here’s the fun I’ve been having with #BookTok.

What’s your thoughts on the uprise of BookTok & Bookish Reels?!
