Sabrina knew she was dying.

But she didn’t expect to be murdered.

And now, well, now she’s a ghost. If you’d asked her what she’d wanted out of life, being an invisible phantom living amongst a secret race of supernatural creatures would not be on that list.

Kieran Aspen is the world’s only fae-vampire hybrid and more than a little bit feral because of his dark origins. Tired of being a torturer, he’s now an ambassador on a mission: to uncover the secrets of a hidden clan of supes.

Little did he expect to find a ghost so alluring he would be willing to throw his whole life into chaos for her.

There’s just one small problem.

They need to find a way to bring her back to life.

Romance Schmomance | Book Review : Haunt Me by Amanda Pillar

Haunt Me Review

A ghost-ish plus something more, I don’t entirely know since I can’t say that I’ve read a book with a ghost or phantoms. Haunt Me was a first-time read from this author and what a fan I am. We’re thrown into the story right away and I was trying to figure out what direction we were going for a bit.
Once you keep reading, the story picks up and you’re just taken away devouring page after page.

Sabrina was an absolute riot, simply could not get enough of this FMC. And pair them up with the fae-vampire hybrid, we have a winner everyone. The chemistry was perfect and there’s a bit of sexual banter that’ll have you laughing.

Quite the tease of a situation since Sabrina is a ghost and is unable to touch, but there are definitely some fun moments that’ll have you fanning yourself.

I’m enjoying this author collab series so much, the pacing was great, I’d say it focuses more on the plot than the romance. But the romance was quite satisfying! I hope we get to see this duo later in the series.
