Everyone has a past…good or bad, they are always there. They lurk and linger in the shadows, sometimes reappearing at the most inconvenient times.
Gabby and Bradley thought that their pasts would remain dormant, that happiness was theirs for the taking. Still the strongest of relationships can be rocked by the ugliness from a previous life, even if it seems to be a world away. The fact remains an ugly past is never distant. It taints everything it touches, drives permanent rifts between loved ones, and sometimes can ruin everything. Gabby and Bradley must find the only way to battle the past. Forgiveness becomes a light through the darkness, a guide for the lost, and hope for the hopeless. With forgiveness comes bright, new beginnings

I love this series and was so happy to be a part of the blog tour! Forgiven is the third book of this series, so I suggest that everyone reads all the books in the series, and who would read a series out of order … no no no!
” Never lose faith. Always have hope. Love for always. “
One of the things that I love about this book is Bradley and Veronica’s point of view, I’m always such a fan of what each character is thinking. The different point of views, helps you understand where exactly they’re coming from, from every given problem they are facing. Sometimes you’ll just want to rip your hair out and be like, “What are you thinking?! Don’t do that!”, which was me constantly throughout this book.
This book also teaches EVERYONE a lesson :
“Don’t keep secrets.”
I can’t emphasize that enough, this book had me yelling, mainly at Bradley … With their relationship, there were exterior issues that always seemed to interrupt their daily lives. Gabby had so much to overcome with her past, even though it was her normal routine to run away from her problems, she matured and learned to deal with them head on. I was sooooo worried she was going to runaway from Bradley, which have broken my heart … again! Lets just say I was extremely proud of Gabby in this book!
Bradley had his own to deal with as well; “baby momma drama”. I am so pleased that she had the switching POV’s, with Bradley, we got to see exactly what he was feeling during this whole ordeal. My heart did break for him and the connection he quickly made with a child that may not have been his.
I need to stop rambling, before I start spoiling more of the book. I’m interested to see what’s in store for the next book, which will be Veronica and Ian’s story. I’m not the biggest fan of them, but I am curious to see how they’re doing. First and foremost, I’m so ready for Sam’s story! ( You’ll get little glimpses of Sam’s stubborn self in Forgiven.)
