#ARCtober20 | Mid-Month Update — it’s going okay … I guess?

I didn’t exactly set a TBR for this challenge, but there were ARCs that I had on my calendar. And then, I completely forgot about some ARCs that I signed up for, but it was pending if I’d receive them or not. Let’s just say a few new ones dropped onto my kindle, which kicked up things a bit.
As of right now, I’m behind on two Netgalley reads and one I’ve signed up to read with a PR company. So, I’ve been playing catch up, but these reads are not holding my attention at all … because OF COURSE.
But let’s take a look at what I have scheduled for this month.
#ARCtober20 TBR
My Progress
Machiavellian Audiobook | REVIEW [rating stars=”five-stars”]
Muses & Melodies | REVIEW [rating stars=”four-half-stars”]
Mistletoe & Mr. Right | REVIEW
Pride & Papercuts | REVIEW [rating stars=”three-half-stars”]
Our Star-Crossed Kiss | REVIEW [rating stars=”four-half-stars”]
Bully King | [rating stars=”two-half-stars”]/[rating stars=”three-stars”]
Try As I Smite | REVIEW [rating stars=”four-stars”]
I guess my progress is going really well, but I’m behind 3 books. However, I don’t have anything that’s scheduled for next week, so hopefully, I’ll be able to get ahead.
At the end of the month, I’m participating in the #PNRReadathon that’s being hosted by these lovely people:
- Peacelovebooksxo
- Crystal’s Bookish Life
- LaceyBooklovers
- Remarkably Lisa
- Books on Stereo
- Genki Reader
I don’t have a TBR yet, honestly just trying to focus on my current reads. But I think I’ll mix it up with new to me reads and backlisted ARCs, seriously, any chance to knock some books off of my Netgalley.
? | Mid-month check-in, how’s your reading going? Any 5-star reads?

I read Spoiler Alert earlier this month and really enjoyed it! If you haven’t already picked it up, I’d recommend trying that one next if you’re in the mood for a really great contemporary romance!
I’m only a few chapters in, taking me more time to really get into it. But I’m enjoying what I’ve read so far!
