5 | #BLOGTOBER | BOOZY READING – APPLE & GIN COCKTAIL

I love gin & tonics and was googling around for a fall-inspired gin & tonic drink. And I quickly found one that just might be my favorite fall time drink. I had a friend over for a little day drinking and we did some baking, which I’ll talk about in my next #blogtober post.

The recipe that I tried out was one that I found on No Spoon Necessary . So you’ll have to head there to check out the drink recipe, if you love gin and apple cider, I highly recommend you try this easy cocktail.

⁉️Anyone feeling those fall vibes yet⁉️ . The weather is definitely getting cooler and I finally used my cozy scarf. . I’ve been away for a few days because my week has been super busy. We’ve had family and friends visiting through the week, plus a million errands to run inbetween. And this coming week will be the same. . Any bloggers out there participating in #blogtober, I still need to figure out my prompts for this week. And I’m a few days behind with a couple of my posts for this week. However, I wanted to share my fall-inspired drink for my “Boozy Reading” blogtober post. . I found this recipe on @nospoonnecessary food blog. I’m a gin fan and brought back Slovene gin, it paired up perfectly with some locally made apple cider. A huge perk of living in the New England area, apples galore! . ? Apple & Gin Autumn Cocktail ? . 4 oz gin 4 oz apple cider 1 oz lime juice 2 oz honey simple syrup (¼ hot water & ¼ honey, shake in a cocktail shaker or mason jar until honey dissolves) dash of cinnamon . Garnish with apple cut into matchsticks, couple thyme sprigs. These are optional, but the flavor is delicious! . ? makes 2 servings! .
